Abstract
Due to changing pedagogy, in order to develop students' 21st century skills and wanting to adhere to "best" practices, this study explores how technology can be integrated into an art classroom. Data was collected through interviews with students and provides their perspective on technology integration and a 1:1 iPad initiative. The research depicts a new challenge presented to the school, where many of my colleagues and I found ourselves unsure of how to utilize the new technologies available. Students, though, had insight into what was and wasn't working in terms of technology integration. Based on my research are recommendations and a summary of what I have already done and hope to implement into the classroom in the future.
