Abstract
An analysis of personal experience triggers a transformative process for the leader, which results in the recognition of one 's authentic leadership style. This analysis is a three stage journey- taking inventory of oneself, recognizing transformative experiences, and embracing one's authentic leadership skills. This project includes a model for a personal inventory.
